crickiya Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

crickiya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between crickiya and its users ("you" or "member").

By accessing our services through the crickiya website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using crickiya's services.

If KYC is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your crickiya account. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and never share them with anyone.

• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use on any other site.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and notify us.
• Make sure to log out after using a public or shared device.
• Do not access the crickiya login page through phishing links or unknown sources.

crickiya will not be held liable for any loss resulting from account access or transactions carried out by an unauthorised third party. We will never ask for your full password via email or live chat.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000. Or a ৳22,000 deposit earns a ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• crickiya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

In the event of a dispute over a result, crickiya's decision will be considered final. crickiya reserves the right to withhold any payment and conduct an investigation if fraud or organised betting is suspected.

6.3 Casino Games

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickiya platform, and immediate action will be taken if any are detected:

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering or completing KYC with false information or forged documents.
• Bonus abuse — organised or coordinated claiming of bonuses.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets.
• Participating in match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in inappropriate, aggressive, or harassing behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Reproducing or distributing crickiya's copyrighted content without permission.

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by crickiya

crickiya reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon confirmed notification of a user's death.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

12.2 Closure by the User

13. Dispute Resolution
